Our assistive technology rooms can be pre-booked by students who have been approved to use the assistive technology rooms by the University's Disability and Dyslexia Team (DDS). You can check your eligibility in your support arrangement in MyAccount. If in doubt, please check your eligibility with the library or DDS teams.
All bookings made for these rooms are provisional.
LLR staff will check the bookings and approve them, if you are eligible to use the room.
If you do not have eligibility to book these rooms, then your booking will be cancelled and the room made open for others to book.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking once it has been approved.
These rooms is available to book from 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm at weekends.
You can book up to a maximum of two hours each day of the week. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.
