These small study rooms are only available for booking and use by students who have been approved to use them by the University's Disability and Dyslexia team. Only those students will be able to open the room doors with their ID cards
ATR rooms 1 and 2 (on Level 3 East) are only bookable by those students who the DDS team have specifically requested be allowed to use them - If you think you should be eligible to use these rooms but don't currently have access please enquire with the University DDS team in the Student Centre
ATR rooms 3 and 4 (on Level 1 West) can be booked by any student who is registered for support with the University DDS team
Any bookings made for these rooms are provisional. LLR staff will check the bookings and approve them if you are eligible to use the rooms. If you are not then your booking will be cancelled and the room made open for others to book
These rooms are available to book from 9am - 7pm on weekdays, and 10am - 5pm at weekends. Outside these times the rooms are available to use on a first-come, first-served basis
You can book up to a maximum of 3 hours per day / 6 hours per week. Bookings can be made up to 14 days ahead.
