The Wellbeing department (Mental Health & Disability and Dyslexia Services) and Black Mental Health Project teams are holding student discussions about how we communicate and describe our services to students. We are hoping to find ways to make meaningful change in these descriptions and to ensure our services are understood by our whole student population. 

We will be running a mixture of in person and online sessions, to gather your thoughts and feedback. 

The discussions will involve reviewing the existing printed and digital resources and looking through how these are best described to students, for both MHWB and DDS. This will also include support arrangements, as well as pathways to accessing support. 

If you require any support or adjustments to attend this forum, please let us know in advance. This may be an accessible ground floor room, attendance of a support worker or specialist support such as a BSL Interpreter for example. 

You will be paid £11.05 for attending the hour sesison.
