Need a push to get that assignment finished? Join the library team and your peers for an hour of focussed writing time utilising the Pomodoro technique. 

Work to a timer for 25 minutes before taking a 5 minute break and then repeat the work/break cycle again. Learn more about the Pomodoro technique here. 

This a self-directed session and no teaching content will be delivered. However, staff will be happy to signpost you to and answer questions about our various skills resources, sessions and events.

This session is open to students on all programmes, at all levels, across all campuses (please note, it will be held in Training Room 2, Level 3, LSBU Hub). Staff also welcome! No booking required.
