Microsoft PowerPoint – Creating academic style posters (Online) Online
Learn how to use PowerPoint’s design features to create an academic poster—a visual summary of research, ideas, or a project that communicates key information clearly through text, pictures, and other visuals.
This session is open to students from all campuses and will be held online via Microsoft Teams. A link will be shared on the confirmation booking email.

This session will cover the following:
- Create a customised 'poster size' PowerPoint slide
- Insert and adjust objects including text, images and shapes
- Format the slide / poster background
- Save the PowerPoint slide as an alternative file format suitable for printing or submission (PDF)
